New ramen place: Ippudo

Great ramen places
Momofuku is a fusion type of ramen place in east village. Location on 1st Ave between 10th and 11th St. map here. Best dishes are steam pork bun and signature momofuku ramen.
Minca Ramen Factory is a small local but with tasty japanese authentic ramen although not many choices. Decoration is simple and basic. Reasonable priced. Located on 5th St btw Ave A and B. map here.

ramen: setagaya (141 1st Ave btw 8 & 9), santouka (in Mitsuwa, Edgewater NJ)
